An accessible board is the whole point.
Persons with disabilities are one of the four designated groups we exist to reach, so accessibility is a product requirement, not an afterthought. We build and maintain hireDiverse against WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our working standard and align with AODA expectations for Ontario employers.
We describe this as an ongoing commitment rather than a certification. If your review requires an accessibility conformance report or a completed questionnaire, email us and we’ll work through it with you. If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, tell us and we’ll fix it.
// Data & privacy
Minimal data, handled carefully.
We collect only what running a job board requires: employer contact details, job postings, applications where you choose to receive them through hireDiverse, and newsletter subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
Our practices follow Canada’s PIPEDA. The site is served over HTTPS and access to employer and candidate data is restricted to hireDiverse staff who need it.
// Supplier onboarding
We’ll complete your forms.
Supplier registration, diversity supplier questionnaires, accessibility questionnaires, privacy or security reviews, certificates of insurance, W-8/tax documentation — send them to hi@hirediverse.ca and we’ll return them completed. Because hireDiverse is a small Canadian company, you reach the owner directly rather than a ticket queue.
