EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Annual employment equity recruitment activity
Throughout the reporting period, JayDev Entreprises used hireDiverse as continuous external recruitment infrastructure, supporting sustained employment-equity outreach across Canada whenever positions were open.
Each employment opportunity was classified against the Federal Employment Equity Occupational Groups and distributed across provincial labour markets, giving the employer a structured, audit-ready record of positive recruitment measures.
Candidate engagement was measured as high-intent activity from job seekers who reviewed the full posting and moved toward the employer's application process, measuring genuine job seekers who reviewed the complete role specifications and advanced directly into the employer's applicant tracking system.

Interpretation of results
- Job-detail views measure candidate exposure to the complete employment opportunity on hireDiverse.
- Apply clicks measure high-intent movement from the hireDiverse posting into the employer's application process.
- General recruitment-marketing benchmarks (e.g. Appcast) typically place view-to-apply rates around 2%–4%; the rate above can be read in that context, recognising that specialised roles naturally draw smaller, more selective candidate pools.
- Because completed applications occur within the employer's own recruitment system, hireDiverse reports apply clicks rather than completed applications unless completed-application data is separately available.
